Horrifying thing that just happened to me

I went to drink water out of my water bottle and I felt something that wasn’t water go in my mouth.  I spit it back in the bottle and went to go dump it in the bathroom.  There were FLIES in my water.  FLIES! AAAAGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
